Introduction to DVD authoring using DVD Studio Pro.
DVD Studio Pro works with audio, video, graphics, and text materials
that you have already edited and orchestrates them into a DVD that can
be played on a DVD player or a suitably equipped computer.
Objectives:
- Realisation of previous knowledge of DVD format, Pros and Cons of DVD format, terminology of DVD authoring process.
- Understanding of files required to create a video track on a DVD.
- Realisation of relationship of quality and compatibility issues.
- Create a DVD with a few tracks and a loop function.
- Tracks have been linked to menu and menu is set as start up and return point for the disk.
- Use templates to create a menu structure.
- More advanced users will have customised their menu.
- Show ability in finishing a DVD and burning onto a disk.
