These were a few of the banner adverts I made for TotallyJewish.com

Predict a score

Brief:

Football fans need to be made aware about a regular competition on the Totally Jewish website

Solution:

Lively advert with colour reminiscent of a football pitch and scoreboards. The timing needed to reflect a bouncing ball and incoming scores on a Saturday night news report.


Barclays Investor Club

Brief:

Barclays Bank needed to advertise their new investment club to an affluent audience. Corporate identity must be maintained.

Solution:

Using the corporate colours and logos a slick business presentation was what was needed. The movement of elements is reminiscent of TV ads and gives a lively take to the corporate topic.


Icecool Jewellery

Brief:

A classy jewellery advert for a young female audience, in particular body jewellery for the summer at an affordable cost.

Solution:

Using sleek typography, beach colours, and slow transitions between frames a sense of calm and beauty is installed in the viewer. Showing the product was integral to this.


Paul Zenon

Brief:

Famous illusionist who has featured on Channel 4 is playing at an event organised by a traditional Jewish youth organisation. Maintaining Aish brand is important, as is the element of surprise an illusionist is involved with.

Solution:

Taking colours from previous Aish ads allowed the brand identity to be quickly established. The rest was making things look like they were magic by timing in the animation.


Spaceman Launch

Brief:

A party to coincide with the launch of the Youth channel at Totally Jewish needing to reflect space travel.

Solution:

At first the idea of a rocket seemed perfect but at a small scale this looked like a bomb which would be unsuitable at these times in connection with Israel. Using the spaceman allowed for an interesting animation, which floated ideas across the screen, while at the same time maintaining the launch theme.
